Shipping & Returns

 

 

SHIPPING.

We currently ship all our orders via the SENDLE service.  Our online calculator uses data such as your items weight, size and your location to determine your postage cost. This calculator is a third party application which is integrated into our website. Whilst discrepancies are rare, in the instance there is a difference in the shipping cost we will try our best to absorb the value, or, worse case scenario, contact you to discuss further prior to dispatch.

Unfortunately, we are not able to ship to PO boxes, parcel collect lockers or internationally at this time.

Local pickup is currently not available.

Please allow 3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order. We will provide you with tracking once your product/s have been shipped and if there are any delays in getting our products out to you, we will let you know.

If you have not received your parcel within 10 business days of dispatch, please email us at spiritualsoulandco@hotmail.com and we will track this for you.

 

PLEASE NOTE: Spiritual Soul & Co cannot be held responsible for any delays during busy periods i.e. Christmas, Easter and public holidays as well as any delays currently being experienced due to COVID19.

 

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS.

We get it, sometimes you need to be able to touch and feel our products to know if they are what you are searching for.  If you don’t love it and change your mind, you can send it back to us within 14 calendar days as long as it is in new condition and you send it back to us packaged safely. You just need to email us first to let us know at spiritualsoulandco@hotmail.com and will need to cover the return shipping costs yourself.

Unfortunately, we don’t accept change of mind returns or jewellery due to hygiene reasons.

If a product from your order arrives faulty or damaged simply send us photos within 5 days of when you receive it and we will organise to send you another one and retrieve the damaged one from you, all costs covered by us.
